On August 20th, we held our annual Fredericksburg Hokies Golf Tournament and Dinner!  It was a picture perfect day for hitting the links, with a record 82 golfers teeing off to help raise scholarship funds for Fredericksburg area students attending Virginia Tech.  At the end of the day, with heartfelt gratitude to our sponsors, golfers and dinner attendees, over $13,000 was raised!  We were joined by some special VIPs from Virginia Tech Athletics — Mike Burnop (Hokies Hall of Fame Tight End and longtime radio analyst), Meghin Williams (Chief of Staff, Women’s Basketball), and Gunter Brewer (Director of High School Relations, Football).  A list of sponsors and donors to our tournament can be found here.
